Sacred Fire Sketch

Been doodling some stuff from some really old story work of mine. This...is one of the results. Meet Gwennon Mendryn (Gwen for short) one of my first serious/long-term characters I've ever created (his father Gelenin was the first). Long story short, at this point in the story (Armageddon Prophecies) Gwen has died once (well, technically twice, but the first time doesn't count) and has returned from the dead as the chosen of the goddess of death. Oh, and his body can unmake the world. Supposedly. I'll write more of the long story when I finish painting this.

Sadly, I can't find the song that inspired this pic. It's called Sacred Fire by Heather Alexander. I seem to be addicted to her music of late. Anyway, it's more because of the song that Gwen is surrounded by fire, not that he necessarily would be wreathing himself in flame in-story.
